HEALING PILATES
(original method combines pilates CORE, dance and body mind technique knowledge)

This pilates is especially for those who struggle with postpartum separation of the deep abdominal
muscles, spine stiffness often after injuries or for those who do not need rehabilitation but would
like to improve and strenghten their body in a similar way. Breath to melt the pain or tension, spine
correction and alongation as well as strenghtening the core are the main guidelines. Slow motion of
every step combines with gentle leading voice and touch of a teacher (first pilates teacher in our
studio) gives remarkable results and reliefe. Deep muscles work and growing awareness. If U are
worried about whether it will be too much for U then these class is perfect. Highly recommended!
